Profiles that can't be verified aren't published. We check every submission against the recognised Connemara breed societies before it goes live — no exceptions.

Questions, answered
Is it really free to list my stallion?
Yes — completely free. Stallion owners don't pay to be listed, and there are no hidden fees or commissions. BreedPulse is funded by mare owners' Season Passes, which unlock full booking details across the directory.
What does a Season Pass cost?
A Season Pass is €9.99 for 90 days of access. One payment unlocks stud fees, 2026 covering dates, mare requirements and direct booking contacts for every verified stallion in the directory.
How long does verification take?
Typically 3 working days. Occasionally faster. If we can't verify your submission against studbook records, we'll message you directly to resolve it before publishing.
Will my contact details be public?
No. Booking contact details (email, phone) are only shown to paying members. Publicly visible information is limited to your stallion's verifiable attributes — name, HWSD status, studbook, height, colour, pedigree — never your personal contact details.
What's HWSD and why is it shown so prominently?
Hoof Wall Separation Disease is a recessive genetic condition specific to Connemara ponies. Two carriers produce affected foals. Every BreedPulse profile shows the stallion's HWSD result — Clear, Carrier, Affected, or Not Tested — because this is the first question any responsible breeder should ask before booking.
Can I list a stallion based outside Ireland?
Absolutely. BreedPulse covers Connemara stallions across Ireland, UK, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Your stallion's country of base is displayed on the profile, and mare owners can filter the directory by country.
What if my stallion's details change after publishing?
Get in touch via the Connemara Pony World Facebook page and we'll update your profile within a working day. Common mid-season updates — stud fee changes, new HWSD test result, change in availability — are all supported.
